Marko Piro Fani got his start in the hospitality industry at the famed Hotel Tomori Berat in his native Albania. After emigrating to the United States, Marko worked at Boston’s famous Anthony’s Pier Four, then later located to the South Shore and managed the popular Nico’s Restaurant in Weymouth.
Bob Hedlund has been in the Weymouth Landing neighborhood his whole life. His grandfather Joe Sarni operated the popular establishment Sarni’s Restaurant in the Landing for 30 years. Hedlund, the local State Senator is a craft beer enthusiast who is a liability in the kitchen, therefore all-culinary aspects of Four Square are left to his business partner Fani.
Hedlund and Fani personally oversaw all renovations and created a warm friendly environment and has positively created a comfort food feeling in the restaurant. Four Square Restaurant and Bar welcomes you.
